This variable indicates the distance range to public transportation
In case we have different ordinal variables indicating proximity different transportation means (separately) such to taxi, bus , etc. we take the average.

Generated as a round mean of the variables indicating distance to public bus, private bus and taxi stops services, after recoding the first 4 categories to indicate a distance less than 1 km, matching the standardized values of the harmonized variable.
