GENERAL NOTES

Quasi-public sectors are considered as public.
In the case that there is no distinction between Government and Public, in the original survey, we use the classification as provided.
Cooperative includes employees in joint ventures.
Foreign includes workers in international NGOs.
Others includes workers in national NGOs and in private households.

The original variable indicating the sector of employment (Q219) is not reported for those who are waiting to resume previous work or found a job and waiting to start. Thus, the generated variable for those cases is recoded "not stated".
