ALAND=0 IF OLAND=0 (do not own a land), hence this variable should be complete for all households except those for which OLAND is missing.
The area of land should be reported in square meter

The unit of the area of land owned is not identified neither in the data file or the coding sheet. It is assumed to be measured in “dunoms” as in all previous Palestinian surveys and accordingly was converted to square meters (1 dunom = 1000 square meters).
